The Gas Pressure Sintering Furnace from Ruideer is an excellent choice for vacuum resistance furnace, sintering furnace and other sintering applications. The chamber size is customizable, and equipped with an AC380V/50Hz power supply and water cooling system for superior temperature uniformity. Functions:

1.Automatic control

PLC adopts Siemens brand or WAGO brand products; the system automatically starts the corresponding program control (e.g. automatic leakage detection before furnace opening, automatic fault alarm (including fault maintenance point information), automatic opening and closing of valves, and automatic high-pressure gas filling and exhausting functions) at different stages of the process. One-key start function before opening the furnace realizes the fully automatic control function of the whole process sintering program.

2.Safety Interlock

Safety interlock function can be divided into: high temperature and high pressure stage of power outage, water outage safety interlock, long time not to eliminate the fault alarm safety interlock, process program error input safety interlock and so on.

3.Break point reheating

The parameter setting interface can be pre-edited for the break point heating rate; When the furnace fails and cannot run automatically, the sintering process is suspended. After the fault is removed, the system will automatically resume the break point heating. The breakpoint continuous heating rate is set in advance, and the program automatically adjusts the heating output power. When the continuous heating temperature rises to the original process stage temperature after power failure, the running program will be converted into an automatic running state, and the sintering process will continue.
